What file formats and services do you accept?
We work with most common audio and video formats: mp3, mp4, m4a, m4v, aac, mov, wav, aiff, flac, and alac. We also handle multitrack project files from Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, and ProTools.
For cloud services, we accept recordings shared directly from Zoom and Riverside.
How long does it take to edit one episode?
The standard turnaround time is up to 3 business days for the Basic Editing plan and up to 5 business days for the Advanced plan. If you need a faster delivery, we also offer an expedited option—edits can be completed within 24 hours on the Basic plan and within 72 hours on the Advanced plan, during business days.
What if my raw audio is one or two minutes longer than the limit for a certain option?
We accept slight overages of up to 5 minutes beyond the stated limit. For example, if your raw audio is 32 minutes long, you can still choose the “up to 30 minutes” option.
How do I determine the total length of raw audio if I have participants recorded in separate files?
We count that multitrack recording as one; simply take the length of the longest single file. That’s it.
Is video editing different from audio editing?
Yes, video editing is quite different from audio editing. While we can seamlessly cut almost anything from audio, video presents more challenges due to constant motion. Cutting video often results in noticeable “jump cuts,” which can be visually jarring. That’s why, with video, we avoid micro-edits and only remove clearly requested segments or fix technical issues.
How many revisions do you provide?
We don’t limit the number of revisions, unless you ask to redo it from scratch.
Do you create intro, outro and sponsored messages if I don’t have any?
Yes, you need to provide us with a voice recording. We don’t charge extra for it.

What types of payment do you accept?
Do you retain any ownership rights over the podcast episode following editing?
No, you retain full ownership. If we provide background music tracks or sound effects, we grant you a royalty-free license to use them within the product we created for you.
